I am committed to selling your home.  As a selling client, I’ll provide you with a Personal Listing Plan that itemizes minor repairs that would increase the price of your home and staging ideas to ensure your home appeals to the widest audience.  I also have a team of professionals lined up to assist you throughout the process:  mortgage professionals, lawyers, home inspectors, accountants, and more!  List with me and you have a team of top notch professionals behind you!

Community
I live in Lethbridge and I believe it’s important to give back to the community that I call home.  I am actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, both as “Big” to two little brothers and a fundraiser.  In both 2007 and 2008, I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lethbridge.  Fundraising efforts associated with those climbs included WalMart Barbeques, Treadmill Challenges at Park Place Mall, and a fundraising kick-off event in conjunction with 94.1 The Lounge and The Wooden Kilt. 

Look for many more fundraising activities in the coming months!  I’m climbing again to raise money and awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters with my 2010 Climb for Kid’s Sake – Mt. Everest Base Camp!
