As a professional Real Estate Agent I have evolved from an agent who got up in the morning and went to work to someone who is caring, connected and committed. I take our relationship seriously and perform my tasks for you the same way a surgeon does.
First we meet in my office, I listen to it is you really want and it is there we decide the next step. From there it is my job to get you to the nest chapter of your lives.
By keeping my finger on your pulse I am able to perform my tasks with clear precision. Just like a surgeon does under the bright lights in the OR.
Thanks again for referring me to your friends and family and for coming back and using me over and over again. It is a great life! :-)

Gratitude is something deep within the soul that comes from being truly thankful and appreciative for friends, family, your job, your colleagues, clients and the list can go on and on.
I am overwhelmingly grateful for everyone in my life, my career and my health.
Thank you for everything!

Whether you are a young professional, a student or even a first time home buyer, this property makes perfect sense.
Living in West Lethbridge has it’s benefits such as the world famous university (www.uleth.ca/) and Chinook High School (http://www.chs.lethsd.ab.ca/) as well as numerous elementary schools. There are great pubs, restaurants, banks, recreations facilities such as Nicolas Sheron Leisure Centre (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZF2xjC3xFY)
Remember…lifestyle is a choice and if you choose West Lethbridge as your place to settle, you will not be disappointed.
Please check out the MLS # 20122585 for more information about the property.

As a Director of the Lethbridge Real Estate Board, I recently attended the Alberta Real Estate Association’s Conference in Jasper, AB.
It is so interesting being a ‘leader’ and learning so much about how other Boards operate and how we are trying to adjust to the ever so quickly changing social media surge.
I attended many lectures. Some lectures were about social media and technology which was very insightful. My question to myself was “What would we as Realtors do without technology nowadays?” Up until 2004 MLS was viewed in Catalogue for inLethbridgeand not on the internet like today.
So many questions came to me as well as insights. I became thrilled with how many “older” Realtors were up on the Social Media and I had to smile when I thought of the challenges they have overcome in the long years of their careers. For me technology has always been a part of my career, but I realized I don’t change fast enough. I look forward to one day, possibly speaking in to my phone and as I do the offer automatically gets filled and when I say “Send” it goes to my client and Vice Versa. May be I should invent that App!
